Features & Specifications Of The Wagner Flexio 590 Review
The Flexio 590 Paint Sprayer Wagner is a professional-grade sprayer that will help you paint your home or office in record time. This paint sprayer has been designed for professionals and DIYers alike, with many features that make it easy to use.
Whether you are painting the outside of your house or the inside walls, this paint sprayer will make it easier than ever before. With an adjustable pressure dial on the handle, you can control how much pressure is used when spraying different surfaces.
The gun also comes with a hose brush which makes cleaning up after finishing as easy as 1-2-3!
Now that we’ve gone through the pros and cons, it’s time to take a look at the key features of this paint sprayer.
iSpray Nozzle flexio 590
One of the highlights of this sprayer is its wagner control speed nozzle. It uses the iSpray nozzle, which gives the paint sprayer an incredible amount of flexibility. This nozzle allows you to use a wide variety of patterns and painting styles.
Having this allows for more control over the finish max you want. Anybody experienced with paint sprayers knows that the more you can adjust the nozzle, the more precise you can be with your spraying.
This makes the flexio 590 handheld paint sprayers a great sprayer for anyone who plans on doing a lot of DIY projects as you can accomplish so much with this workhorse.
Power Dial flexio 590
The main reason this sprayer works so well is that you can control adjust the settings down to the T. Aside from the nozzle, it’s also the power dial that allows you to do control this.
This model review wagner flexio 590 comes with the patented X-Boost Power Dial which allows you to control adjust the air speed pressure coming from the motor.
When you first turn it on, the power is automatically set to max. From that setting, you can slowly lower it until you reach the desired pressure.
Stronger pressure will give you material flow smaller droplets which can give you a very smooth finish while low pressure results in big droplets and a rough finish.
Having this much flexibility helped me out a lot when I was doing a lot of work on the house. It allowed me to choose the exact type of finish I wanted, and in the end, I was able to paint all the surfaces I planned to do and I was so happy with the result, I couldn’t wait to start another paint job!
Design flexio 590
Another thing that attracted me to this sprayer was the design. Since I wasn’t planning on doing an industrial spraying job, I didn’t need a huge paint sprayer with a wheeled cart. All I needed was something I could hold in my hand and use with ease.
That’s exactly how the Wagner Flexio 590 hvlp paint sprayer is designed. Everything can be held in your hand as the nozzle, power dial, and even the paint reservoir are all placed directly on the hand-held sprayer.
This made painting very convenient for me.
That being said, the build quality could be better. Since it’s a relatively inexpensive sprayer, I wasn’t expecting too much when it came to the build. There are a lot of plastic components to this sprayer, but since it was so affordable, I couldn’t complain too much.
It’s also pretty bulky at 10 lbs and has a short power cord. But taking occasional breaks from spraying and bringing an extension cord solved all those problems.
What Do Users Say About The wagner flexio 590 review?
The Wagner Flexio 590 has received fantastic reviews.
Many people report that this product is easy to use, even for beginners. They also prefer it over other brands because it’s light and well constructed.
Another thing users liked about the Flexio 590 is its quiet operation. It doesn’t make much noise when in use, which allows you to concentrate on the task at hand without disturbance. This brings us nicely to perhaps its most extensive selling point — convenience.
It lets you finish large painting projects right in your own home without having to worry about finding a suitable paint sprayer shop or hiring a professional right away.
You can do it all by yourself! Of course, there are always some downsides. One customer complained about the cup size, which is a bit small.
Another reviewer mentioned that this unit doesn’t have a lot of power for more significant projects. In general, though, most users are delighted with their purchase and recommend it to anyone looking for an easy-to-use paint sprayer at a reasonable price.
Verdict: What Other People Say About This Product The Wagner Flexio 590 has received mostly positive reviews from real customers who vouch for its reliability and ease of use. It’s lightweight – only 2.11 pounds – making it easier to maneuver around while painting walls or other more significant areas.
It also comes with two different types of nozzles (wide and narrow). The Wagner Flexio 590 is one of the most popular sprayers on the market today. Not because it’s cheap but because it’s a very reliable unit that will get you through your projects without any problems.
What Can I Use This Sprayer For?
This sprayer is designed for a bunch of home DIY projects. If you plan to paint a room, change the color of a wall, or even paint a deck, this sprayer will have you covered. It can even spray unthinned paint, which saves a lot of time.
However, if you plan to use this sprayer for large projects, you might be let down. This sprayer can do a lot, but it’s not designed for painting an entire house.
However, if you plan on doing detailing, it can do it very well as the adjustable nozzle can help you finish in those pesky details.
Instructions for Set Up and Use Wagner flexio 590 paint sprayer
Use these instructions to set up your wagner flexio 590 and get started painting.
When Your wagner flexio 590 is New
Remove the handle from the carton. Remove the label from the spray tip. If necessary, attach paint tip assembly to the air cap with two screws. Attach air cap and tighten securely with an attached wrench (see illustration). Fill the Tank with desired paint product.
For best results, use a high-quality acrylic latex exterior house paint or latex interior enamel (water clean-up) (do not use oil-based paints or stains)—push tab on power cord wire connector to release the wire from powerhead receptacle.
Plug-in wire connector into any 120 volts grounded electrical outlet. The power switch should be turned “ON.” Turn off and unplug Flexio when not in use.
Filling the Tank Do not remove the tank cap until paint is thinned and ready to spray. It is essential to follow the manufacturer’s instructions from the color can label for thinning of paint before pouring, if necessary (not all colors need to be thinned).
Fill Tank with the recommended amount of water or water-based paint product up to fill line located on the Tank side (see filing instructions illustration below). Gently agitate mixture in Tank before each use to ensure proper mixing.
Oils do not need thinning, but it is strongly recommended that you pre-mix oil-based products with a small amount of water (up to 10% by volume) before transferring them into your Flexio Spray Tank
This will allow you to control the thinning process better and prevent any problems with clogged spray tips.
Fill Tank With Water Only Do not fill Tank with any other type of liquid when using wagner flexio 590 paint sprayer. Do not use gasoline, kerosene, or lacquer thinner for cleaning paint from tip assembly or in your Flexio Spray Tank.
Use only water-based products (latex exterior house paint or latex interior enamel) inside wagner flexio 590 because they are less dense than oil-based paints and do not usually clog the nozzle if appropriately used.
You must clean your sprayer after use with soap and warm water as instructed below to avoid blocking the nozzle with dried particles left behind from using oil-based products (contact manufacturer if you have any questions about this).
Filling Instructions Note that Flexio has a relatively long power cord. This allows you to fill the Tank indoors and then move Flexio out to the job site for use without locating an electrical outlet. Just plug into an outdoor grounded 120-volt electrical outlet when ready to start spraying.

Other Customer Reviews
Before settling on this sprayer, I had to check out what other customers thought. And I was happy to discover that a lot of them were pleased with the sprayer.
Some people complained that this sprayer isn’t the right one if you plan to do large outdoor, but that isn’t what it’s designed for anyway.
On the other hand, those who used this sprayer for a variety of small indoor couldn’t be more satisfied. They were very happy with the finish they were able to get with this sprayer, even though there was a slight learning curve to getting the finish just right.
All in all, this is a very well-received product. Customers were pleased with its affordability and flexibility but also pointed out that this is far from an industrial, professional-level sprayer.

Final thoughts on wagner flexio 590 review
The Wagner Flexio 590 review was a great choice for me. It was able to help me accomplish a bunch of different paint jobs within the house.
It doesn’t seem like the best choice for bigger projects as it’s a simple handheld sprayer that shouldn’t be used for those kinds of jobs anyway.
But if you’re looking for an affordable, easy to use, and flexible paint sprayer for a set of DIY projects in your home, this could be the pick for you.
